Does a part have to be dismantled before coating?
For shipping by post or if we are not in your area, this is necessary. Otherwise, it is usually not necessary! Our unique coating process has been developed to allow you to leave the part on the vehicle in most cases. However, many tuning items, such as chrome door handles, are recommended to be gold plated before fitting to the vehicle. Taps in the bathroom do not have to be removed either.
How long does the gold coating last?
24 carat gold does not corrode! Our gold plating works in the same way as other 24 carat gold electroplating processes. When applied correctly, the gold will not flake, chip, chip or fade. It is car wash and dishwasher safe. However, if for any reason there is wear and tear, we will be happy to accommodate you.
What can be coated?
Our coating system can coat a wide variety of items, including vehicle emblems, exterior parts such as running boards and grilles, parts in the engine compartment, bathroom taps, golf clubs, stainless steel parts, weapons and jewelry. The possibilities are almost unlimited: Boat, yacht, airplane, household, motorcycle, sports equipment - there are no limits to your imagination.
How can you coat without damaging the paint?
Our system is based on water-soluble substances, so it is not possible to damage the paint, plastic or textile! Our materials only react to conductive surfaces.
How can emblems and radiator grilles be coated if they are only made of plastic?
Although most vehicle parts are made of plastic, they often already contain conductive materials such as nickel or are chrome-plated at the factory. The conductivity of copper and nickel makes the coating possible.
Can the system also coat something other than gold?
Yes, our system can also coat silver, copper, cobalt, rhodium, platinum, chrome and other materials.
Is there a limit to the size of the coating?
There is no limit to the size of the coating. Our system automatically adjusts to the size of the item and always delivers optimum results.
Can I present your items at my trade fair?
We are happy to rent out already gold-plated vehicles, cell phones, rims, motorcycles, etc. for your trade fair stand. Present our gold-plated vehicles at your trade fair stand and impress your visitors!
